How We Deliver and Measure Progress

AI-Powered Simulations

LOF programmes go beyond traditional workshops. Students step inside AI-powered real-world scenarios where they have to lead, decide, and adapt under pressure. Every moment counts.
From the first response, our AI is working. It evaluates each answer in real time against the LOF-SEL rubric, analysing the depth and pattern of a student’s thinking across leadership, resilience, critical thinking, communication, and self-awareness. Then it adapts. The next question, challenge, or scenario is shaped by how that student is actually performing, not by a fixed script.
No two students move through a simulation the same way. The experience is live, responsive, and entirely personalised.
